Welcome and thank you for visiting the website of ABLE (Arizona Black Law Enforcement Employees). The vision of ABLE is to: Recruit, retain and help advance qualified minority employees in the Criminal Justice field by joining together to enhance our skills and strengthen our bond. This will be accomplished by investing time in the three pillars of ABLE: membership recruitment and retention; bonding and mentorship; and community engagement

ABLE seeks to promote a positive image of law enforcement employees to the community by creating partnerships with organizations that seek to invest in the youth and in communities of color. Since its inception, ABLE has provided mentorship, career guidance, training, and networking opportunities to its members. We continue that tradition today by providing monthly training opportunities and hosting our Annual Criminal Justice Conference. It is our mission to recruit qualified candidates from the African American community and the community at large to pursue careers in law enforcement and throughout the criminal justice industry.

I am asking you to help us grow and accomplish our pillars by becoming members of ABLE because “Together we are ABLE.”

Take a look at our website and see what ABLE has to offer. We look forward to hearing from you and hopefully you will become a member of ABLE.

    Thank you for your time,

    Latasha Hampton - President
